"Improving Lives And Spreading
The Good News
To The Marginalized"
Since 1997 it has become an international society called Foreign Missions Society. The main goal of the Society is the ministry of evangelization, especially to those who do not know Jesus Christ and to the marginalized.
In order to carry out this task, the Society is organized as Apostolic life whose members, secular priests and deacons, are bound together in their commitment to the work of evangelization by an oath of consecration to the missions, according to the Constitution and under the authority of the superior general.

It was a response of the Church of Francophone Canada to the mission of evangelizing all nations and it was an expression of the willingness of the Francophone Canadian Church to share her spiritual and human patrimony as a concrete sign of communion with all other Churches.
